   My wife & I are looking at purchasing a short sale or fore closed house for our family. I have purchased before, but my wife would be a first time buyer. I have no problem getting a down payment gifted to me for a FHA loan. My wife is new to having a credit history, I have a bankruptcy about 5 years ago I believe it is. We are looking at what help you can give us and what about getting us into a house.
