I have been a licensed real estate agent for 9 years and a member of the National Association of Realtors. Before I was licensed I was an investor who bought homes fixed them up and sold them. I am a full time real estate professional that sells between 30 and 40 homes per year. I have sold over 50 Million dollars worth of residential real estate. My main focus is that of a listing agent on regular residential sales along with short sales.
